Sheri Kite
Owner/Founder
Sheri grew up in Alamo, California. With a deep passion for Alternative/Holistic Healthcare, exercise, yoga and reiki, Sheri is passionate about helping individuals achieve vibrant health and well-being. Her journey began with a profound belief in the body’s ability to heal and restore balance, when given the right support.
She's received extensive training in both the holistic and wellness fields, and studied nutrition at the International College of Global Medicine in Santa Cruz, Ca. She became certified by the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy (I.A.C.T.) in 2014. She also holds a yoga certification from Core Power Yoga, as well as Usui Level 1&2 certifications from Denise Sheehan and a Reiki Master certification from Jessica Hutson.
Kelly Callahan
Colonic Technician
Growing up in Reno, Kelly developed a deep appreciation for wellness, nature, and caring for others. She began her healthcare journey in 1989, training through the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology and worked extensively as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician, specializing in optical management. In 1991, she also received her Usui Level 3 Reiki Master/Teacher certification with Nancy Sarrat, CHB. Over time, her passion for holistic health deepened, leading her to become a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in 2021.

Today, Kelly is a Professional Colon Hydrotherapist certified by the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy. She is a member of the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy and is currently studying to become a Certified Fascial Maneuver Coach. She believes people should feel supported in elevating their health—with the utmost care, knowledge, and kindness.
