There are no refunds on any of the services.

We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations for any reservations made by phone or online bookings. If you fail to call, text, or leave a voicemail message, we will charge you for the full amount of the session ($130). This will include late cancellations, no shows and missed appointments. If you purchased a colonic package, we would deduct your missed appointment from your package.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will have to shorten your session time so the next client will not be delayed.

Expiration Date on Colonic Packages

All Colonic Packages expire in 12 months from the date of purchase. You must use all your colonic packages within a 12-month period, no exceptions. You can share your colonics from packages with family and friends.
